Returns for custom-made and standard products, reporting defects and how to apply.

Custom Made to Order

For products manufactured to order according to customer drawings, measurements, or mix requests, returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defect and Defective Product

If a manufacturing defect is found in the delivered product that deviates from the approved technical specifications, it must be reported in writing within 8 days of delivery.

If the investigation reveals that the fault lies with our company, the product will be reproduced free of charge or the purchase price will be refunded.

Standard Products and Application

Unused and undamaged standard (stock) products can be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior notification; in this case, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
