How we sell, production and delivery times, shipping and packaging terms.

Sales and Ordering Methods

Our products are sold on a quotation and order confirmation basis; direct online sales are not conducted through our website. Price, quantity, delivery time, and delivery method are specified in the written quotation and order confirmation for each order.

Production and Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on product type, order quantity, and mold availability. For products manufactured with existing molds, delivery times are kept short; for orders requiring new molds, the mold production time will be communicated separately.

The exact delivery date is included in the order confirmation; any potential delays will be notified to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Method and Packaging

Products can be picked up from our factory (Sancaktepe/Istanbul) or shipped via our contracted cargo and transportation companies. Shipping costs and delivery terms will be specified separately in the offer.

Products are packaged to prevent damage during transport. If you find any damage or missing items in your shipment, please have the carrier prepare a report and notify us on the same day via erdoganpolimer@gmail.com or (+90) 535 895 96 47.
